Driver is set to off duty on Dispatch Board even if he is on duty on his Driver App.
His location is updated on the Back Office in the driver details.
In a case like this, his email was used to log in on a different phone and was logged out while he was logged in on his current phone.
Driver should log out and log back in to resolve the problem.
