Driver App displays incorrect time on orders

If the order pickup and delivery times on the Driver App are not the same as what is displayed in Dispatch Science, the driver phone is not using the same time zone as the order time zone.


Android

You can verify which time zone you are using by following these steps and can then make a modification to the correct time.

Open Apps to view all applications then tap on Settings

Scroll down and tap on System

Tap on Date & time.

You will see which time zone is selected. If the selected time zone is incorrect, you can modify it.

You can setup the time zone and date & time to be automatically setup by toggling these options to on.

You can also set the time zone yourself by toggling off the automatic time zone. This will enable the Select time zone.

If you tap on Select time zone, you can select the correct time zone. This will automatically bring you back.

You can also set the time manually by toggling off the automatic date and time. This will enable the Set date and Set time. 


IOS

Open Settings then scroll down and tap on General

Scroll down and tap on Date & Time.

You can have the time zone set automatically by toggling On the Set Automatically

If you want to set the time zone manually, toggle to Off the Set Automatically. You will then be able to tap on the time zone and select the correct time zone. Start typing your city to select its time zone.

You can also change the date and time by tapping on date then on time.
