If the driver is not being located on the Dispatch Board, navigate to Drivers in Dispatch Science Back Office and open the driver.

Verify that Location Service is Enabled. This means that the driver either set the Driver App Location Service to Always or While Using the App.

If Location Service is set to Enabled but the Last position update is either - or at a previous date/time, the Driver App Location Service is set to While Using the App.

Dispatch Science can only track the driver position on the Dispatch Board when the Driver App Location Service is set to Always.

Note: The driver will still be able to deliver packages.

If you want to see your driver position on the Dispatch Board, instruct the driver to change the Driver App Location Service to Always in Settings.
