Bug Fixes for Version 1.72

Definition

The release notes refer to different sections of the application:

Back Office: Where Customer Service Representatives (CSR) create and edit orders, create accounts, review drivers, etc.

Dispatch Board: Where Dispatchers assign orders to drivers, get notifications for invalid orders, etc.

Auto-Dispatch: This section refers to the automated order assignment setup and its process.

Administration: This section is in the Back Office but refers to sections only an administrator will use like Settings and Pricing.

Customer Portal: Where account users log in to create orders, view their order history, enter a credit card, etc.

Tracking site: Where customers enter a tracking number like the order ID or a reference number to view the status of their order.

OData: Data fields and variables saved in OData.

Bug Fixes included in this release


Orders and Order Templates

  • Exception codes that were not visible to drivers would be removed when driver was setting exception codes on an order.
  • Notification template collapsed view doesn't show time based events in the order notification tab.
  • COD workflow step was not updated when the order template was updated.
  • An error 500 was returned when trying to cancel an order attached to a deleted route.
  • When modifying the account on an order, all user defined field were removed.
  • Time zone was not visible when picking up and delivering an order from the Grid Board.
  • Trying to download a PDF that was not uploaded correctly gave a forbidden error.



Accounts

  • Verify before invoicing option was available on order with pre-authorization.


Dispatch Board

  • Unable to set on duty drivers to off duty from the Dispatch Board
  • In the Map Board, today filter returns orders with pickup or delivery with windows starting tomorrow or later.
  • At Risk orders did not show with the At risk color.
  • Missing dispatch suggestion in the action menu.
  • Drivers with suggestion showed with a green dot on the Grid boards instead of a red dot.
  • The Unknown position icon was displayed on drivers that were offline. 
  • Missing the bounce of the other pin on the map when hovering over on an order pin.
  • In some cases, the driver on the order sliding panel did no show up on dispatched orders. 



Odata

  • Executing an Odata call containing an orderby instruction on the version field returned an invalid json.


Miscellaneous

  • Dispatch Source was set to manual when they were suggestions. 
  • An error was displayed when attempting to download the global address template.


Tenant API

  • In the create and update drivers endpoints, the CashSettlementCompanyId property was missing.
  • Trying to update the invoice status on invoices that do not exist return an exception.



Driver App Bug Fixes included in this release

  • Driver did not always get the notification when a chat was sent by the dispatcher.
