Definition
The release notes refer to different sections of the application:
Back Office: Where Customer Service Representatives (CSR) create and edit orders, create accounts, review drivers, etc.
Dispatch Board: Where Dispatchers assign orders to drivers, get notifications for invalid orders, etc.
Auto-Dispatch: This section refers to the automated order assignment setup and its process.
Administration: This section is in the Back Office but refers to sections only an administrator will use like Settings and Pricing.
Customer Portal: Where account users log in to create orders, view their order history, enter a credit card, etc.
Tracking site: Where customers enter a tracking number like the order ID or a reference number to view the status of their order.
OData: Data fields and variables saved in OData.

Bug Fixes included in this release
Order List and Order Details
- On Additional Info tab, the list of user fields were showing vertically instead of in columns.
- When manually delivering the last segment of an order, the Signed by was not updated on the multi-segment.
- When changing the account on an order, the common user fields that were archived in the new account profile were still visible.
- As it is not possible to sort by customer note, the sorting capability was removed.
- Fuel surcharge was still calculated on the Driver payout when Driver delivery price list returned an invalid price and order price list did not include fuel surcharge.
- On orders with more than one profile sharing the same user field id, the value in the field was not removed when the field type was not compatible in between two different profiles.
- Driver payout was not calculating the fuel surcharge in a combined price list when the 1st price list did not have the fuel surcharge checked but the 2nd did.
- During scan at checkpoints, when a multi order order was partially scanned and in a second session with the same checkpoint the remainder of the items were scanned, the parcels would be marked as missing from the second session. This issue was fixed. When scanning through multiple sessions with the same checkpoint, items that were scanned previously will not be marked as missing.
Order Template
- Linked contact would get unlinked when creating an order template when items were added to the template.
Recurring Orders-Routes
- When using an order template with multiple time zones in a recurring order or route, the time zone did not display which made it difficult for user to know why a time entered was incorrect.
Drivers
- Unable to upload a jpeg as a driver attachment in Dispatch Science in the documents and certifications.
- When a driver did not have a settlement report template, a generic error was displayed, this was fixed to show an error message that explains the situation:
Dispatch Board
- Time zone was sometimes shown in Tenant time rather than in the user time zone when hovering over the time zone icon.
- Driver name and Driver number would show as - when column was too narrow to show the value. It now shows what is possible to display with an ... if the entire number or name cannot be displayed.
- Need to refresh when trying to move stops on a driver.
- When using contains in a filter on a board, the filter does not stick, it gets removed after screen is refreshed.
Pricing
- When logging first in English and entering a fuel price then logging in French and attempting to do the same, an error will happen.
Settings and Pricing
- When pressing on the garbage can beside a parcel in a parcel type schedule, the parcel was not removed.
- A fule surcharge schedule with a blank rule could be created.
Integration-Tenant API
- Orders created from an order template does not automatically get dispatched to the driver on the order template.
- When creating an account user, the Links property showed twice, one empty and one with the link.
- In Create order, create quote and create order template, the parcel types that were not set as configurable were able to be added and configured. This will now return an error message.
- When creating a template through the API using a linked contact did not show the linked contact in the template in Dispatch Science.
- Could not create an order without using the user email address, a new userid was added in the body so you can use either userid OR email.
Integration API
- Orders created from an order template does not automatically get dispatched to the driver on the order template.
- In Create order and in create quote, the parcel types that were not set as configurable were able to be added and configured. This will now return an error message.
- Creating an order through the API without including the contact info resulted in a 500 error.

Order List and Details
- Signed by was not added to the the multi-segment when last segment was marked as delivered manually on the Dispatch Board.
- Orders showing in Order list from the previous day when filtered at time change.
- Fuel surcharge was sometimes rounding down with a 5 in the third digit.
- Could not search an order using a full barcode when barcode contained a space.
- When using Account travelling distance on a price list and changing the account on an order to one using the same price list but a different Account address, the distance and price were not updated.
Order Templates
- Order templates pickup and delivery addresses were showing up blank.
Aging Summary
- Clear Filter was not automatically refreshing the list.
Dispatch Board
- Error showing when using Zone filtering on the Dispatch Board.
- The driver capacity was not updated on the driver popup.
- Some of the links in notes were not clickable.
- When using the order menu on the Orders' tab in the driver sliding panel, the order sliding menu would open.
- In some cases an error was displayed when filtering on the Dispatch Grid Board.
- Going from one grid board to another, the drivers would sporadically not be displayed without having to refresh the window.
- The Showing unassigned orders under the Orders filters>Drivers, was not able to be checked.
Self-Serve
- Reference field was not verified for order templates when they were created.
- Tabbing on an order creation in the Additional Info tab with no available attributes resulted in the Additional Info tab to blank out.
Administration
- User Audit would only display the first 5 entries.
Bug Fixes in Driver App
- If connection failed during pickup or delivery, Driver App will now be able to upload the remainder of the workflow steps including attachment upload.
- When using the weight and dimension as part of the add item workflow, the step would not show on the Driver App.
- When long notes were added to attachments, the note would go past the screen.
- On Android, in chat screen, the on screen keyboard was hiding the message entry line and drivers could not see what they were typing.
- Pickups and deliveries were not reported on a grouped order if part of the orders were unassigned from the driver while the driver was offline doing the pickups and deliveries. If orders were unassigned from the driver, the unassigned orders will not be updated but all other orders still assigned to the driver in the group will be updated once driver comes back online.
- During scanning at checkpoints or route checkpoint, the keyboard and camera icon would become very small when scanning an order with only 1 item.
- Some drivers were crashing when scanning at checkpoint.
