Route Plans: Allow Adding Orders to Dispatched Routes

Route Plans include a setting that allows you to add orders even after routes have been dispatched. This provides flexibility for handling changes or last-minute additions to delivery plans.


How to Enable "Allow Adding Orders to Dispatched Route"

1. Navigate to Route Plans

  • From the left-hand menu, click Orders.

  • Then click Route Plans in the top menu.



2. Open and Edit a Route Plan

  • Click on the Route Plan you want to edit.

  • Click the Edit button in the top right corner.



3. Enable the Option

  • At the bottom of the edit window, check the box for Allow Adding Orders to Dispatched Route.

  • Click Save to apply your changes.




This option is also available when creating a new Route Plan.


Once this setting is enabled, you will be able to move orders to a dispatched route as needed.
