When the Route Plan is set to allow adding orders to dispatched routes set a route to Allow Adding Orders Once Dispatched, you can move orders into a Route Container's dispatched route.
Once a dispatched route has been re-optimized, you no longer need to re-optimize the driver manually—this now happens automatically.
Move Orders from an Undispatched Route to a Dispatched Route (Same Undispatched Container)
Open the Undispatched Route Container.
Choose one of the following methods to move the order:
Drag and drop the order from the undispatched route to the dispatched route.
Use the Lasso tool on the map.
Use the Move to Route option (available from the route, grouped orders, or individual order menu).
Move Orders from One Dispatched Route to Another (Same Undispatched Container)
Open the Undispatched Route Container.
Move the order using one of the following:
Lasso tool on the map.
Move to Route option from the route, grouped orders, or order menu.
Move Orders Between Dispatched Routes (From a Dispatched Container)
Open the Dispatched Route Container.
Use the Move to Route option (available from the route, grouped orders, or order menu).
Remove Orders from a Dispatched Route
Open the Dispatched Route Container.
Use the Move to Route option from:
The route menu
Grouped orders menu
Individual order menu
Move Orders to a Dispatched Route from the Dispatch Board
Open the order on the Dispatch Board or the Dispatch Board Grid.
Use the Move to Route option from the order menu.
