Retrieving Drivers Log from Mobile App

Whenever an issue arises on the mobile app, accessing the driver's log is essential for an accurate diagnosis.


Follow the steps below to retrieve the driver's log:


1. Navigate to the Dashboard on the mobile app and select Settings.



2. Tap on Contact Support.



3.  In the CC field, enter an additional email address where you’d like to receive the driver logs. Make sure to include a description of the issue for clarity.
