The Request Log feature allows admins to retrieve a mobile driver log directly from the admin web app.
How to Request a Log
You can find the Request Log button under:
Drivers > Select Driver Name > Device Information section.
How It Works
- When an admin clicks the Request Log button, the driver is not notified. The request is invisible to them.
- The Driver App receives a silent push notification prompting it to send the log.
Log Transmission Behavior
- If the Driver App is active at the time of the request, the log is automatically sent to the designated Tech Support Email—without any action required from the driver.
- If the Driver App is inactive, the log will be sent the next time the driver logs in and activates the app.
The "Request Log" functionality allows you to request, directly from the admin web app, the mobile driver log of any specific driver.
