Visual Guidelines for Orders with Suggested Drivers

Modified on Wed, 23 Jul at 12:08 PM

This article outlines the visual standards used in Dispatch Science when an order has a suggested driver. These visual cues appear across multiple interfaces, including the Map Board, Grid Board, Order Popover, and Order Detail Sliding Panel.

1. Map Board: Order List

When viewing the order list on the Map Board, the following visual rules apply:

  • Order ID should be displayed as a clickable link in blue.

  • All other text related to the order should appear in orange.

2. Grid Board: Order List

When viewing the order list on the Grid Board, the same visual indicators are used:

  • Order ID should be a blue link.

  • All remaining columns should display their text in orange.

3. Shared Visual: Order Popover

A consistent visual indicator is applied in the Order Popover, regardless of the board type:

  • If the order has a suggested driver, a label “Suggested Driver” will appear.

  • The driver display name should appear next to the label and be styled in orange

The Order Detail Sliding Panel also reflects suggested driver details with the following rules:

  • If the order has a suggested driver, a label “Suggested Driver” will be shown.

  • The driver display name will appear next to the label in orange text.
