How to Edit an Order

1. Open the Order

See View an Order for instructions on how to open an order.


2. Click the Edit Button

Each section of the order (Pickup, Delivery, Items, etc.) has its own Edit button.



Editing Pickup or Delivery Address

  • Changing the Pickup or Delivery address may affect the price.

  • You will be prompted to choose one of the following:

    • Update Price: Recalculates the price using the new address.

    • Keep Price: Keeps the original price.
      ⚠️ Zones will not be updated if you're using "Price by Zone."

    • Cancel: Returns you to the address form without saving changes.

  • If a mileage-based extra fee is configured for the customer, you'll also be prompted:

    • Yes: Updates the mileage and extra fee price.

    • No: Keeps existing mileage and pricing.



Editing the Items Section

You can:

  • Edit the parcel type

  • Add new parcel types

  • Remove parcel types

If extra fees are based on Number of Pieces or Weight, you'll be prompted:

  • Yes: Updates the extra fee quantity and price.

  • No: Keeps the previous quantity and pricing.


Editing Other Sections

All other sections (e.g., Notifications, Attributes, Notes, etc.) can be freely edited as needed.


⚠️ Starting a New Order While Editing

If you click New Order while editing:

  • A warning will appear if you have unsaved changes.

  • Click Restart to discard changes and start a new order.

  • Click Cancel to return and finish your edits.
