Overview
The Dispatch Boards now allow users to filter and search for orders based on a specified date range. Users can select dates from today to a future date. If a past date is entered, it will automatically adjust to today.
For greater flexibility, selecting Custom Date enables searching for past orders.
How It Works
The date range filter applies to orders based on their pickup or delivery windows.
The feature is accessible in all View By options.
When selecting dates in the past, the system defaults to today unless the Custom Date option is used.
Available "View By" Options
This feature applies to the following order statuses:
Order Statuses
Open: All orders (except delivered and canceled) where the pickup or delivery window falls within the selected date range.
Received: Orders in "Received" status with a pickup or delivery window within the date range
Unassigned: Orders in "Received" or "Picked Up" status without an assigned driver and a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Dispatched: Orders in "Dispatched" status with a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Assigned: Orders in "Assigned" status with a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Picked Up: Orders that were picked up within the date range.
Delivered: Orders delivered within the date range.
All: Includes all orders with a pickup or delivery window in the date range, including delivered and canceled orders.
At Risk: Orders marked "At Risk" with a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Late: Orders that are late with a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Late or At Risk: Orders marked either "Late" or "At Risk" within the date range.
Held: Orders on hold with a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Invalid: Orders marked "Invalid" with a pickup or delivery window within the date range.
Cancelled: Orders canceled within the date range.
