In this section you will find out about some of the communication capabilities of the Driver App.

 

Phone

  

Calling dispatch is a simple 3 tap process:

1) Tap the "Settings" menu

2) Tap  "Call Dispatch Office"

3) Tap the Call icon on your phone

 

Calling a pick-up or delivery contact is just as easy:

1) In "My Run", tap the "Stop Details" chevron

2) Tap the contact's phone number:

3) Tap the Call icon on your phone

  

Calling your client (who booked the order) follows a similar process, but you can also text him:

1) In "My Run", tap the "Stop Details" chevron

2) Tap the contact's phone number

3) Tap the Call icon to telephone your client or tap the chat icon to sent a text message to your client

 

Chat

Chatting with dispatch is easy with the Driver App dedicated chat function.

 

1) Tap the "Chat" icon on the navigation menu

2) Start chatting with dispatch like you would in any common chat application using the bottom part of the screen to input your text and tapping "SEND" to send your message.
