For PC:
Microsoft Edge based on Chromium (Edge Legacy versions 44.xxx are not supported)
Google Chrome: this browser automatically keeps itself updated,
Mozilla Firefox: This browser automatically keeps itself updated.
For Mac:
Apple Safari: this browser automatically keeps itself updated,
Google Chrome: this browser automatically keeps itself updated,

Please note that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for Dispatch Science.
Note: We only support the current release and the two most recent versions of each browser. We cannot guarantee support for any older browsers.
OS/Android version minimum requirement
The Driver App can be installed on IOS version 10 or above, Android version 5.1.1 or above.
Please note that the minimum version for the Driver App will change to Android version 5.1 in the next release in October. Please advise your drivers to upgrade their Android phone.
Dispatch Science Supported Scanners
Scanners with no screens
Scanners with no screens that link to a OS/Android phone through Bluetooth and set to emulate a keyboard (HID Profile) with no addition of a prefix and suffix on the barcode should generally work. With this type of scanner, you will use the Driver App scan feature to view the information of each scanned order however the scan itself will be done with the scanner.
We can confirm that the following scanners have been tested:
- Symbol CS3070 (see Setting Up and Using the Symbol CS3070 Scanner)
- Zebra TC26 (see Setting up the TC26 and TC77 Scanner)
- Zebra TC77 (see Setting up the TC26 and TC77 Scanner)
- Honeywell Voyager XP 1470g Series
Scanners with a screen
This type of scanner links to a OS/Android phone through Bluetooth. Order information will be displayed on the scanner screen. The Driver App is used to send the scanned barcodes.
We can confirm that the following scanners have been tested:
- Koamtac KDC270 and KDC280
- Datalogic Memor 11
