In order to check if a user email is associated on an Account, you need to follow the following steps:


1. Open the Accounts tab on the left hand side of the Home page.

2. Click on Generate Report drop down field. 

3. Select the report called "Customer User".

If the report is not available, please contact support@dispatchscience.com and request to have this report added to your Dispatch Science site.

4. Once the report has generated, use the search function within the report to type in the email address and see in which Account it has already been used.
