This article explains how to determine whether a specific user email is already associated with an account in Dispatch Science.
Steps
Go to the Accounts Tab
From the Home page, navigate to the Accounts tab on the left-hand menu.Generate the “Customer User” Report
Click on the Generate Report dropdown.
Select Customer User from the list of available reports.
Note: If you do not see the “Customer User” report, contact support@dispatchscience.com to have it enabled on your site.If the report is not available, please contact support@dispatchscience.com and request to have this report added to your Dispatch Science site.
3. Search for the Email Address
- Once the report is generated, use the search feature to enter the user’s email address.
- This will display any accounts that are associated with the specified email.
4. View Archived Users (If Needed)
The report includes all users, including archived ones.
If the user does not appear in the initial search, enable the Show Archived option to expand your search results.
