In the Service Level Schedule, Hours of Operations and Order Creation Cutoff Time are not specific to one Time Zone. The times entered in those fields will be used as entered regardless of the Time Zone in the Order, they will not be converted.
A 8:00 AM will be used as 8:00 AM in the Order Time Zone.
Hours of Operation:
Start time will use the Pickup address time zone on the order
End time will use the Delivery address time zone on the order
Example
If the Hours of Operations are setup as
Start End
8:00 AM 6:00 PM
An order would then be able to be picked up from 8:00 AM in the Pickup address time zone and be delivered up to 6:00 PM in the Delivery address time zone.
Order Creation Cutoff Time:
The Order Creation Cutoff Time will use the Pickup address time zone on the order.
Example
If the Order Creation Cutoff Time is setup as
4:00 PM
An order created after 4:00 PM in the Pickup time zone or its Ready At setup after 4:00 PM in the Pickup time zone will be set as outside the Creation Cutoff Time.
