When creating an order, suggestions are not presented as I type the delivery address
Sometimes the browser will cache data, doing the force refresh will clear the cache. A force refresh is done by hitting CTRL+F5.

My order shows as invalid on my Dispatch Board
A price set to 0 in the price list or with a blank price will come up as 0$ in the order.  0$ delivery charge will show as invalid in the Dispatch board.
