My order shows an incorrect price when using a price list by zone,

Verify that the from and to zones are the correct zones for your pricing by opening the order and hovering over the i for the delivery charge.

If one or both of the zone names do not match the ones in your price list, it is because the same address is located in more than one zone or zone area. This would happen if either the zones are intersecting within the same zone area or your zone areas are intersecting. 

The system does not support having multiple areas in the same geographic space.
