How to Create A Global Address

In some workflows, you may need to create a Global Address independently, without going through the order creation process. This guide walks you through the steps to create a Global Address directly from the Addresses section.

1. Open the Global Address Form

  • Navigate to the Addresses section of the platform.

  • Click New Address to open the sub-menu.

  • From the sub-menu, select Global to open the Global Address form.

2. Enter Company (Optional)

  • In the Company field, begin typing the company name. This step is optional.

3. Enter the Address

  • In Address Line 1, start typing the desired address.

  • Select the correct option from the list of available suggestions.

Note:
If the address is not found in the list, click on +Enter address from Zip/Postal Code.
This option places a pin in the center of the selected Zip/Postal Code, allowing you to manually adjust the pin to the correct geolocation.

4. Add Optional Details

  • Suite/Apt: Enter if applicable.

  • Load/Unload Time: Provide a timeframe, if needed.

  • Notes: Add any additional information relevant to the address.

5. Save the Global Address

  • After entering all required and optional details, click Save to complete the process.
