Glossary
Tenant Time Zone: The main time zone of your central location.
User Time Zone: The time zone according to the user's computer.
Driver Time Zone: The time zone according to the driver phone.
The User Time Zone is used everywhere on Dispatch Science except in the following areas where the Tenant time zone is used:
1) Order List on Back Office
2) Driver History
3) Driver Device Information
4) Driver Off Duty/Away time
5) Recurrences
6) Settings on service levels
On the Driver App, everything shows in the Driver Phone time zone.
When user/driver is in a different time zone than the Tenant, the orders will show in the computer/phone time zone (converting to the time zone).
