This release includes several new features and bug fixes.


The release notes refer to different sections of the application:

Back Office: Where Customer Service Representatives (CSR) create and edit orders, create accounts, review drivers, etc.

Dispatch Board: Where Dispatchers assign orders to drivers, get notifications for invalid orders, etc.

Auto-Dispatch: This section refers to the automated order assignment setup and its process.

Administration: This section is in the Back Office but refers to sections only an administrator will use like Settings and Pricing.

Customer Portal: Where account users log in to create orders, view their order history, enter a credit card, etc.

Tracking site: Where customers enter a tracking number like the order ID or a reference number to view the status of their order.

Export large pricing file

When the price file was larger than 18 MB, user would receive an error message when downloading. This happened when using a pricing by zip/zone with more than 10 service levels and pricing by vehicle. To prevent the file from becoming too large, the zones/zips will only be added to the first vehicle sheet. 

Copy the list of zones to the other vehicle sheets to enter the prices by vehicle.

Price list in no specific order 

The price list is now in alphabetical order with the default price lists at the top of the list.

Importing orders with many invalid orders

When importing Orders where many orders were invalid, such as using an invalid service level, too many error messages would be displayed. This was changed to show the error messages in a link.

Price list in no specific order when assigning to an account

The price list field is now in alphabetical order when selecting on an account with the default price list at the top of the list.

Driver ETA Report

When using grouping on the delivery, the Driver ETA report would group the orders together and only show the top order. This was changed to show all orders.

Dispatch Board

Order history's date disappears on edit

When an order was edited on the Dispatch Board, the dates would disappear from its history. Refreshing the screen would bring back the date.
