Note: The phone date and time should be set to the same date and time as the company.

OS/Android version minimum requirement

The Driver App can be installed on IOS version 10 or above, Android version 5.1 or above.  

New Features

Some modifications will be needed in Dispatch Science to give drivers access to some of the new features. This will be indicated in each feature.  

Keep Last Email Used

The last email used will be showing by default in the Login.

Driver Information Update

In order for the driver to get access to these sections, the Driver Information Profile associated to the Driver Profile  must be setup. For more information, please refer to https://support.dispatchscience.com/support/solutions/articles/36000213372-new-features-for-release-1-20. Review section New Driver Information Profile.

The instructions below assumes Drivers were given access to update all sections.

Update Picture and Personal Information

1) Click on Settings then click on the pencil beside the driver name

2) Tap on the picture then select where the picture should come from, camera or image library. Once a picture is selected, you can use the tools to crop, rotate the image then click on Done to save.

3) Click on any field, except driver number and email to update its content. Click anywhere outside of the field to change another field.

When you change the password, you will be asked your current password and the new password which will need to be confirmed.

4) Click on Save when you are done.

Update Home Address

1) Click on Settings then click on the pencil beside Home Address

2) Make the changes and click Save

Update Vehicle Information

1) Click on Settings then click on the pencil beside Vehicle information

2) Make the changes and click Save

Update Information Details

1) Click on Settings then click on the pencil beside Information Details

2) Make the changes and click Save
